This is a finished home using our standard finishing materials. The price quoted DOES NOT INCLUDE kitchen appliances, refrigerator, generator, solar system, borehole, outside kitchen, outside toilet, outside generator room, outside laundry room, and water tanks. A two-year structural integrity warranty will be included with your purchase. In Sierra Leone, payment is made using the prevailing NLE equivalent rate fixed by the Bank of Sierra Leone. Outside Sierra Leone, we accept payment in USD $ via our United States bank Account using direct deposit or wire transfer.
