Solar security lights, high-speed internet connection, cable/satellite TV connection, Garbage collection and treatment, 24/7 water supply, manicured green lawns, ecological brick paved footpaths and access roads for a 360 walk within the community, and more than 200 trees planted within the community.

We encourage and enforce electric cooking powered by solar and biogas, the use of inverter-based electrical appliances due to their efficiency and performance benefits, LED bulbs, bio-digester toilet system, rainwater collection and treatment.

Most important of all, we intend to grow all the vegetables we eat within the community.
